The design of Sultani Crimson has the luxurious warmth of deep red backgrounds enlivened by gentle floral embellishments of soft shades of turquoise, cream, and blue. This carpet was created based on the principles of traditional Sultani carpets whose main theme is nature motifs characteristic for Persian and Central Asian rugs. This handmade carpet from Kabul, Afghanistan, features natural wool yarns and natural dyes that give the piece a weathered appearance. Made using an ancient technique in a three and a half month period, this rug will suit any interior due to its narrow form.
